New Years in Fort Bragg

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Eddie and I spent the New Year in Fort Bragg with my parents. It was our mini vacation to get out of Sacramento. Unfortunately a big storm was coming in off the coast and we had to cut our trip 3 days short. We are glad to have left when we did. Most of the roads were closed out of Fort Bragg, everyone lost power for several days, and the land lines were down.

Here are some photos of the night before the big storm

Christmas in Snowy Tahoe

Yes Christmas was over a month ago... But I wanted to share some photos I took.

My parents and I did something out of tradition this year for Christmas. We usually have spent the Holiday in Fort Bragg. This year we stayed up a friend of family's cabin in Tahoe City. I LOVED IT! We ate a lot of good food, made snow men, threw snow balls, played games and enjoyed each other's company. For Christmas my mom and I got my dad nice used digital camera (Canon of course). One day the three of us drove around the lake and took photos all day. On Christmas day after presents and breakfast we went down to Tahoe City’s beach and took a family portrait along with a few other shots.

It was so since, I hope we go there again next year.

Graduation

Yes! I finally did it!
On Dec 22 2007, by best photo buddy ever; Crystal and I (finally) graduated from California State University of Sacramento, with a Bachelors in Photography.
My parents, Janice, Keith, Brittany, Eddie, and Brenda ; all
came to share this very in important day with me. (thanks guys!) :)
Photography has been a passion of mine since I took my first photo class at the age of 16. Since then I haven't been able to stop. I have been lucky enough to do something I love, and to have great career opportunities open for me in the future.

I'm a little behind on here, but I wanted to share my graduation photos that my AMAZING mentor so kindly took on this special day.
